Initial commit: AYON MCP server — AI agents publish CGI assets

- ayon_publish_model (ABC, USD, FBX, ...)

FastMCP-based, wraps AYON REST API with X-Api-Key auth.
Compatible with Hermes native MCP client and any MCP-compatible agent.
