Add inline text editing on double-click for RefBoard text elements
Introduces TextEditor utility that overlays a styled <textarea> matching the PixiJS Text object's font, size, and color. Hides the PixiJS text while editing, commits on blur/Enter, cancels on Escape, and updates dimensions from measured bounds on save.
